# Databoard の機能

抽出したすべてのデータを1か所で確認・管理できるユーザースペースです。Databoardからは、自動クリック、自動抽出、スケジューラーなどの有料プラン機能を含むデータ抽出の設定に加え、再抽出、データログ、スクリーンショットの機能を利用できます。

## フォルダ／タスク管理メニュー

<mark style="color:$danger;">➊</mark> **Folders**：手動で作成したフォルダや、Extract Tabsの際に自動的に生成されたタスクフォルダの一覧です。

<mark style="color:$danger;">➋</mark> **Refresh Fails**：抽出中にエラーが発生し、正常に完了しなかったタスクのみを再抽出します。

<mark style="color:$danger;">➌</mark> **Execution Speed**：同時に実行するWebページの数を、1〜5の範囲で設定します。

<mark style="color:$danger;">➍</mark> **Filter**：既存のタスクを、フォルダ、タスクの種類、進捗状況、設定、スケジュールなどの条件で絞り込んで確認できます。

## タスクの種類

<mark style="color:$success;">**➊**</mark> **Single Task（デフォルト）**：個別のページを抽出する基本タスクで、[Extract Whole](broken://pages/13822b96ff60e583e8f55f1c51523622f8fafd3a)または[Extract Part](broken://pages/a0fbc914d5a0856a7b9a8364a907d1cee2c260ca)ボタンで最初に抽出したときに作成されます。

<mark style="color:green;">**➋**</mark> **Group Task**：複数のページをまとめる[Group Extraction](broken://pages/5b6dbae2d3b1a445edb83cdd54dae277f8915255)機能によって作成されるタスクです。グループ単位で設定、再抽出、スケジュール設定ができます。

<mark style="color:green;">**➌**</mark> **Schedule Task**：指定した時刻に自動的に実行されるよう予約されたタスクです（例：毎日午前7時に実行するよう設定すると、その時刻になると自動的に抽出が行われます）。

<mark style="color:green;">**➍**</mark> **Tabs Folder**：[Extract Tabs](broken://pages/ada8d7253ccf1b2cf5c2ccf8b56fa49022851a9c)機能によって抽出されたタスクです。Group Taskとは異なり、フォルダ単位での設定、再抽出、スケジュールの適用はできません。

<mark style="color:green;">**➎**</mark> **Failed Task**：抽出中にエラーが発生し、正常に完了しなかったタスクです。失敗の原因を確認できるよう、スクリーンショットが提供されます。

<mark style="color:green;">**➏**</mark> **Task with Settings Applied**：自動スクロール、自動クリック、プロキシの使用など、特定の設定が適用されたタスクです。\[Setting]エリアに詳細な設定値が表示されるため、どのオプションが適用されているかを確認できます。

## タスク管理メニュー

<mark style="color:violet;">➊</mark> **Move**：選択したタスクを特定のフォルダに移動します。

<mark style="color:violet;">➋</mark> **Copy**：選択したタスクを複製します。複製されたタスクは、元のタスクの設定値とURLのみを引き継ぎ、自動的には実行されません。元のタスクをそのまま残しつつ、設定値を編集・テストしたいときに便利です。

<mark style="color:violet;">➌</mark> **Setting**：各タスク（またはグループ）の抽出環境を細かく設定します。抽出を自動化するためのさまざまな設定を適用できます。歯車アイコンをクリックして開き、すでに設定が適用されているタスクでは、アイコンの代わりに設定値が表示されます。

<mark style="color:violet;">➍</mark> **Schedule**：指定した時刻に自動的に実行されるよう、タスクを予約できます。

<mark style="color:violet;">➎</mark> **Download**：選択したグループ抽出タスクをダウンロードします。

<mark style="color:violet;">➏</mark> **Remove**：選択したタスクを削除します。削除したタスクは復元できないため、ご注意ください。

## スケジュール／再抽出／ステータス

<mark style="color:blue;">➊</mark> **Schedule**：指定した時刻に自動的に実行されるよう、タスクを予約します。時計アイコンをクリックして設定し、予約が完了したタスクは、その欄に指定した時刻が表示されます。

<mark style="color:blue;">➋</mark> **Refresh**：タスクを再実行して、結果を新しく取得します。新しい設定を適用した場合は、必ず再抽出することで変更が反映されます。また、スケジュールを登録する前に、再抽出で正常に動作することを確認することをおすすめします。

<mark style="color:blue;">➌</mark> **Status**：完了／失敗／抽出中など、タスクの抽出ステータスを確認できます。

## 結果を見る

<mark style="color:$warning;">➊</mark> **Data**：抽出した結果データを確認し、ダウンロードできます。

<mark style="color:$warning;">➋</mark> **Group Results**：Group Taskの結果を確認できます。databoardでは、登録したURLの成功／失敗の割合をひと目で確認でき、クリックすると、そのグループに含まれる各URLの結果データを確認できます。

<mark style="color:$warning;">➌</mark> **Logs**：タスクを再抽出したときに自動的に生成されます。スケジュールが設定されたタスクでは、蓄積された結果を1つのExcelファイルとしてダウンロードできます。\
