**\[月度订阅]** 登录您的 Listly 账户，进入「我的账户」>「付款信息」页面，点击「修改/取消自动付款」按钮，选择「取消自动付款」。从下一个续订日期起将不再扣款，届时您将切换为免费方案，每日提取次数和数据面板访问权限将受到限制。

**\[年度订阅]** 请发送邮件至 <hello@listly.io>，说明您要取消订阅并申请退款，同时提供您当前使用的 Listly 账户 ID。我们将根据服务退款政策，扣除已使用的月份后协助办理退款，届时您将切换为免费方案。有关退款的详细信息，请参阅「如何申请退款？」。

*注意：删除账户不等于取消订阅。如果在未取消订阅的情况下删除账户，您的会员信息将被删除，届时将无法查询可退款金额。请务必在删除账户前确认当前的订阅方案。*
