# 我的账户被封禁了，是什么原因？

为防止用户通过注册多个邮箱账户滥用 Listly 服务，Listly 会自动检测异常行为。我们也会持续对用户账户进行安全检查，一旦发现可疑活动，将在不提前通知的情况下封禁账户。

如果您的账户被封禁，说明 Listly 系统检测到异常活动，或出于安全考虑暂停了该账户。如需了解封禁原因或申请恢复账户，请发送邮件至 <hello@listly.io>。
