# 为什么我充值的积分突然消失了？

在 Listly 中，可提取单个网页 URL 的单位称为「积分」。积分可以根据需要充值使用。但由于 Listly 的订阅方案按月计算，即使您购买的是年度方案，每位用户仍有一个与月度续订日期对应的积分到期时间。也就是说，允许您提取数据的积分每月会重置一次。

因此，充值额外积分后，您的积分可能会突然消失。在 Listly 充值额外积分前，我们建议您先查看积分到期时间，按需充值适量积分。

您可以在「我的账户」>「付款信息」页面左上角查看积分到期时间。
