# 如何取消代理订阅？

如果您订阅了数据中心代理、ISP 代理、住宅 IP 或移动 IP 服务，但想取消订阅：为避免下个计费周期自动扣费，请发送邮件至 <hello@listly.io>，告知您订阅的代理服务器类型和 Listly 账户，我们会尽快协助取消。

代理订阅费用扣款后超过 24 小时，即使未使用也无法退款。这是因为 Listly 会代您购买和配置代理服务器。因此，请务必在计费周期结束前至少 24 小时通过邮件申请取消订阅。
