# Databoard功能

可以一次彙整查看與管理所有已擷取資料的使用者空間。在 Databoard 中，可以使用資料擷取的設定——如自動點擊、自動擷取、排程器等付費方案功能——以及重新擷取、資料紀錄、螢幕截圖等功能。

## 文件夾／工作管理選單

<mark style="color:$danger;">**➊**</mark>**&#x20;文件夾目錄**：您手動建立的資料夾，或在分頁擷取（Extract Tabs）過程中自動產生的工作資料夾列表。

<mark style="color:$danger;">**➋**</mark>**&#x20;重新擷取失敗項（Refresh Fails）**：只重新擷取擷取過程中因錯誤而未正常完成的工作。

<mark style="color:$danger;">**➌**</mark>**&#x20;Execution Speed**：設定同時執行的網頁數量，範圍為 1～5。

<mark style="color:$danger;">**➍**</mark>**&#x20;篩選（Filter）**：可依資料夾、工作類型、進度、設定、日程等條件篩選並查看您現有的工作。

## 工作類型

<mark style="color:$success;">**➊**</mark>**&#x20;Single Task（預設）**：擷取個別頁面的基本工作，在您第一次使用 [擷取整頁（Extract Whole）](https://help.listly.io/docs/zh-hant/~/revisions/j4iuna1XxFH3hFJOCV7q/getting-started/extension-features-zh-hant/whole-zh-hant) 或 [部分擷取（Extract Part）](https://help.listly.io/docs/zh-hant/~/revisions/j4iuna1XxFH3hFJOCV7q/getting-started/extension-features-zh-hant/parts-zh-hant) 按鈕擷取時建立。

<mark style="color:green;">**➋**</mark>**&#x20;Group Task：**&#x900F;過彙整多個頁面的 [群組擷取（Group Extraction）](https://help.listly.io/docs/zh-hant/~/revisions/j4iuna1XxFH3hFJOCV7q/getting-started/result-page-features-zh-hant/group-extraction-zh-hant) 功能建立的工作。可以群組為單位進行設定、重新擷取、排程設定。

<mark style="color:green;">**➌**</mark>**&#x20;Schedule Task：**&#x9810;約在指定時間自動執行的工作（例如：設定為每天早上 7 點自動執行，到了該時間便會自動進行擷取）。

<mark style="color:green;">**➍**</mark>**&#x20;Tabs Folder：**&#x900F;過 [分頁擷取（Extract Tabs）](https://help.listly.io/docs/zh-hant/~/revisions/j4iuna1XxFH3hFJOCV7q/getting-started/extension-features-zh-hant/tabs-parts-zh-hant) 功能擷取的工作。與 Group Task 不同，無法以資料夾為單位進行設定、重新擷取或套用排程。

<mark style="color:green;">**➎**</mark>**&#x20;Failed Task：**&#x64F7;取過程中發生錯誤而未正常完成的工作。系統會一併提供螢幕截圖，以便確認失敗原因。

<mark style="color:green;">**➏**</mark>**&#x20;Task with Settings Applied：**&#x5957;用了特定設定的工作，如自動捲動、自動點擊、使用代理伺服器等。詳細設定值會顯示在 \[設置] 區域，讓您可以確認套用了哪些選項。

## 工作管理選單

<mark style="color:violet;">**➊**</mark>**&#x20;移動（Move）：**&#x5C07;所選工作移動到特定資料夾。

<mark style="color:violet;">**➋**</mark>**&#x20;複製（Copy）：**&#x8907;製所選工作。複製的工作只會沿用原本的設定值與網址，且不會自動開始執行。在保留原本工作的同時想編輯、測試設定值時很方便。

<mark style="color:violet;">**➌**</mark>**&#x20;設置（Setting）：**&#x8A73;細設定各個工作（或群組）的擷取環境。可以套用各種設定來自動化擷取。點擊齒輪圖示即可進入；對於已套用設定的工作，設定值會取代圖示顯示。

<mark style="color:violet;">**➍**</mark>**&#x20;日程（Schedule）：**&#x53EF;以預約工作在指定時間自動執行的功能。

<mark style="color:violet;">**➎**</mark>**&#x20;下載（Download）：**&#x4E0B;載所選的群組擷取工作。

<mark style="color:violet;">**➏**</mark>**&#x20;移除（Remove）：**&#x522A;除所選工作。已刪除的工作無法復原，請謹慎使用。

## 日程／重新擷取／狀態

<mark style="color:blue;">**➊**</mark>**&#x20;日程（Schedule）：**&#x9810;約工作在指定時間自動執行。點擊時鐘圖示即可設定；預約完成的工作會在該欄位顯示指定時間。

<mark style="color:blue;">**➋**</mark>**&#x20;重新擷取（Refresh）：**&#x91CD;新執行工作以取得最新結果。若您套用了新的設定，必須重新擷取變更才會生效。此外，建議在登錄排程之前，先以重新擷取確認能正常運作。

<mark style="color:blue;">**➌**</mark>**&#x20;狀態（Status）：**&#x53EF;以確認工作的擷取狀態，如完成、失敗、擷取中等。

## 查看結果

<mark style="color:$warning;">**➊**</mark>**&#x20;資料（Data）：**&#x78BA;認並下載擷取的結果資料。

<mark style="color:$warning;">**➋**</mark>**&#x20;Group Results：**&#x78BA;認 Group Task 的結果。在 databoard 上可以一目了然地查看所登錄網址的成功／失敗比例，點擊後即可查看該群組中各網址的結果資料。

<mark style="color:$warning;">**➌**</mark>**&#x20;Logs：**&#x91CD;新擷取工作時自動產生。對於已設定排程的工作，可以將累積的結果下載為單一 Excel 檔案。\
