# 分頁擷取 (Extract Tabs)

## 什麼是分頁擷取？

**分頁擷取**是可以一次擷取瀏覽器中所有開啟分頁裡相符部分的功能。同時擷取多個頁面時被封鎖的風險較低，作業流程也更簡單。

**使用分頁擷取時的注意事項**

依您的電腦與瀏覽器環境而定，一次開啟過多分頁可能會讓網頁將其判讀為異常訊號，導致頁面載入非常緩慢或無法正常開啟。擷取資料時，建議將每次的分頁數量控制在 30 個左右。

### 在瀏覽器開啟多個分頁

將想擷取的每個頁面各自開在瀏覽器的獨立分頁中。

### 點擊 Listly 圖示

在任一開啟的分頁上，點擊 **Listly 擴充功能圖示** → **分頁擷取（Extract Tabs）** 按鈕。

*<mark style="color:$info;">分頁擷取（Extract Tabs）按鈕旁的小數字，表示目前開啟的瀏覽器分頁中，與當前頁面同網域的分頁數量。您可以透過這個數字確認分頁擷取（Extract Tabs）是否已準備就緒。</mark>*

### 選取擷取範圍

選取想擷取資料的區塊，接著點擊 **擷取** 按鈕。

擷取開始後，您可以在進度條中追蹤進度。

### 選擇要擷取的資料

在結果視窗中，確認想擷取的資訊是否正確選取。

❶ 請確認 **\[整個資料夾（Whole folder）]** 按鈕已選取，以便將所有分頁的資訊下載為單一檔案。

❷ 在 **Data Layout** 選項中，選擇您想要的資料排列方式。試著切換各選項，並在預覽視窗中確認結果。

### 下載擷取的資料

首先，**要進行 Tabs 擷取，必須先在瀏覽器中開啟新分頁**。基本上，您可以在列表頁面使用滑鼠右鍵逐一開啟想要擷取的個別詳細頁面，但這樣做既麻煩，

<summary>Listly 資料擷取單位：基本 URL vs 進階 URL</summary>

URL 是 Listly 的資料擷取單位。根據用途和扣除方式，分為「**基本 URL**」和「**進階 URL**」，差異如下：

#### 基本 URL（URLs for Basic features）

* 用途：用於透過擴充功能的基本標籤進行單一頁面擷取。
* 扣除方式：每次擷取頁面時扣除 1 個基本 URL。
* 使用條件：訂閱 Light Plan 及 Business Plan 等上位方案時可無限使用。Free Plan 使用者在用完 10 次後，30 天後會重新充值 10 個 URL。基本 URL 無法單獨購買。

#### 進階 URL（URLs for Advanced features）

* 用途：用於 Tabs、群組擷取、自動點擊、自動捲動、排程設定、動作範本等 Listly 進階功能。
* 扣除方式：透過進階功能處理一個頁面的資料量時，扣除 1 個進階 URL。擷取失敗時不扣除。
* 使用條件：訂閱方案首次付款後每月更新，已用完的進階 URL 無法在價格頁面額外購買。如需額外購買，必須先訂閱上位方案。

完成上述步驟後，點擊 **Excel** 或 **Google 試算表** 按鈕下載結果。
