# 我的帳戶被封鎖了,原因是什麼?

Listly 會自動偵測濫用行為,以防止透過自動建立多個電子郵件帳戶來濫用 Listly 服務。系統也會持續對用戶帳戶進行安全檢查,如果偵測到可疑的帳戶活動,將在未事先警告的情況下封鎖該帳戶。如果帳戶被封鎖,代表 Listly 系統偵測到異常活動,或因安全考量而暫停該帳戶。如果您想了解封鎖原因並恢復帳戶,請透過 <hello@listly.io> 提出查詢。
