### 調降執行速度

將儀表板右上方的 \[執行速度] 或 \[設定 → 群組提取速度] 降至「1」。\

### 嘗試代理（公共代理 → 私人代理）

* 在 \[設定 → Listly Premium Proxy] 中嘗試選擇來自其他國家的 IP，繞過 IP 位址以重新存取被封鎖的頁面。請注意，這些代理伺服器是所有 Listly 伺服器使用者共享的，可能會出現速度下降或短暫連線不穩定的情況。
