Deep extract

Click Listly on a list page and select Deep Extract

On a list page that links to detail pages, click the installed Listly extension icon. In the Listly extension, select [Deep Extract].

Collect detail page addresses

Select an item on the list page. When you click an address area with a repeating pattern, a popup appears that lets you automatically select the entire matching area.

• If the detail pages you want to extract share the same pattern, click [Select together]. In most cases, clicking this option automatically selects all the detail pages at once.

• If the areas you want to extract are separate, individual detail pages that don't share a pattern, click the [Select individually] button.

Once you've collected all the detail page addresses, click the [Next] button.

Set the interval between page loads

Before selecting the extraction areas, you can set the interval for visiting each detail page. If the pages contain a lot of information or your internet connection is unstable, set the interval a little longer than the default of 0.5 seconds.

Once you're done, click the [Set area] button.

Select the areas on the detail page

When the first detail page from your collected addresses opens, select the areas you want to extract on the page. Just like with Extract Part, you can click only the areas you want with your mouse to extract them.

Once you've selected all the extraction areas, click the [Start extraction] button.

Keep the screen open until extraction is complete

Keep the current screen open until extraction is finished.

Check the extraction results

Once extraction is complete, click the [View Results] button.

Review the results and download

On the results screen, scroll down and find the tab where your selected data was collected.

❶ When you extract multiple pages at once, as with Deep Extract, the output from each page goes into a single folder. If you want to download the data from all the pages as one sheet, this area needs to be set to [Whole folder].

❷ Use the Data Layout option to preview how the data will be arranged in the Excel file. Choose the layout that works best, then click the [Excel] or [Google Sheets] button to export the data.

Check the result file

Open the downloaded file to check it.
