# Load More Data

## What is “Load More Data”?

This feature loads additional data that isn't shown on the current page yet, so you can then extract it.

Use it on pages where more data appears only as you scroll down, or where additional items show up after you click a “Next Page” or “Show More” button. When you turn on this option while using Extract Part or address selection, the browser first loads the data using the method you choose, then runs the extraction.

### Select the area to extract

Start Extract Part or address selection, then select the data area you want to collect.

Once your selection is registered, the **Load More Data option at the bottom of the side panel becomes available**.

### Choose how data is loaded

Choose how data is loaded, based on how additional data appears on the page.

* **Scroll**\
  Use this on pages where new data keeps appearing as you scroll down. Listly scrolls down the page for you to load more data.
* **Load-more button** <mark style="color:$success;">**(Soon)**</mark>\
  Use this on pages where new items appear when you click a load-more button.
* **Move to next page**\
  Use this on pages where you move to the next list by clicking a “Next” button or a page number. Once you set the method that fits the page and run the extraction, Listly keeps collecting your selected items while loading more data.

### Select the 'Scroll' option

When you select the **\[Scroll]** option, a window appears where you can set the number of items to collect. Choose a preset number or enter your own, then click **\[Run]**.

### Run data extraction

Listly will scroll through the page and collects data up to the number of items you've entered. Please **keep the window open** during extraction.

### Check that extraction is complete&#x20;

When data extraction is finished, click **\[View Results]**.

Review the results, then click the **\[Excel]** button to save your data.

## Move to next page (AI Pagination)

### Select the “Move to next page” option

When you select the **\[Move to next page]** option, AI searches the screen for the button that moves to the next page.

### Set the number of pages

Enter the number of pages to collect. You can type a number directly or set it quickly with the 5, 10, 20, or Unlimited buttons. After entering it, click the **\[Start extraction]** button.

### Start extraction

Collection proceeds as it moves through the pages you set, one by one. **Please keep the window open and don't leave during extraction.**

### Check the results

After reviewing the results, click the Excel button to save your data.

If you extracted multiple pages, the results window must be set to “Whole folder” so that the data from all pages downloads together as a single file.

You can choose the data layout (Vertical or Horizontal). Use the preview screen as a reference and export in whichever form works best.
