# My account is blocked. What is the reason?
Listly automatically detects abusive activity to prevent misuse of the Listly service by automatically creating multiple email accounts.\
It also continuously conducts security checks on user accounts, and if suspicious account activity is detected, it blocks the account without prior warning.
If an account has been blocked, it means the Listly system detected abnormal activity or suspended the account due to security concerns.\
If you want to find out the reason for the block and recover your account, please leave an inquiry at.
