An error occurred during file download. What should I do?
When performing a data download task, an error message popup like the image below sometimes appears and the download fails.
There are no issues during data collection, but the error occurs when downloading.
This can occur when there is too much data to put into Excel and it takes too long to generate the file. The maximum download wait time is 5 minutes, and it took longer than that.
If the entire database becomes overloaded, errors can occur when downloading.
If a similar problem occurs, we recommend the following methods.
1. From the first time you extract a group) Reduce the number of URLs registered per group so that the number of rows written to a single Excel file is 5,000 or fewer. (This is to reduce download time.)
2. If, as in this case, you realize after collection that the data volume is large, delete some of the extracted URLs. Then you will be able to download the remaining URLs.
3. Then create a new group and re-extract the deleted URLs.
4. Or contact the development team via [email protected]. We can download the file on your behalf and deliver it to you.
