This applies when you enter the site address in the browser and nothing appears and it just keeps waiting for a long time.
The following example is typical.
1. The site has blocked the visitor's IP (e.g., list-based IP block).
2. The site only allows access from certain countries.
3. The page displays an alert and then stops when accessed.
The ways to resolve this so that the error message does not appear are as follows.
If blocking persists with public proxies, purchase a private proxy and configure it.
