How do I request a refund?

Payment cancellations and refunds are only possible if you did not use the Listly service during the relevant month. Please check the conditions below before requesting a refund.

  • Amounts for which the specified usage period has expired are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not provided for contract terminations caused by the customer's fault.

  • Refunds will be issued excluding any fees incurred at the time of payment.

  • If the service was used even once, the amount for that month is considered used. If there is remaining usage period excluding that month, the amount for that remaining period will be refunded.

  • Even if the service was not used, if the monthly subscription period (30 days) has elapsed, the amount for that month is considered used.

  • Regardless of which promotional price was used to pay, all users who joined under any promotion follow the same regular price deduction conditions. For example, a customer who contracted a paid service priced at 90,000 KRW per month at the regular monthly rate of 90,000 KRW and a customer who contracted at a promotional discounted rate of 50,000 KRW per month will have the same deduction based on the 90,000 KRW amount when calculating used amounts for refunds.

  • Amounts paid through the non-face-to-face voucher platform (k-voucher.kr) will have refunds processed through that site. If you request a refund after the service suspension period provided by that site (8 months as of November 2020), the above refund criteria will be applied and the remaining proportion of the customer's actual burden will be returned. According to subsidy laws and management guidelines, government support funds cannot be refunded to the recipient company.

  • Partial cancellations or partial refunds are not processed.

If you have not used any Listly credits at all and would like to request a refund, [email protected] please contact us along with the account you used to sign up for Listly. Processing refunds may take up to 3 business days depending on the card issuer.
