I paid for a plan but cannot use the service.

Even after purchasing a paid plan in the following situations, access to the service may still be restricted.

  • When the balance on the previously registered credit or debit card is insufficient

  • When abnormal activity is detected on the user account and account use has been temporarily suspended

  • When an internal issue occurs at the card company or bank

For payment-related issues, we recommend deleting the previously saved payment card and re-registering it. If you want to delete and re-register your existing card information, Payment information pageyou can easily do this from.
