# Can I request a refund during an annual subscription?

Partial refunds are possible. However, the amount corresponding to the period you've already used will be deducted, and only the remaining balance will be refunded. According to our terms of service, if more than 30 days have passed since your payment date, refunds may not be possible even if you haven't actually used the service that month. If you started an annual subscription on January 1st, your fourth payment (month 4) will process on April 1st. If you have no service usage history through April 15th, months through March are considered used. If there's no usage history in April, that month's amount would be included in the refundable period.
