# I entered a URL but the image did not download.

Check that the URL you entered is not a webpage address. Image URLs are different from webpage addresses and should be a URL that displays only the image.

### Make sure the URL is correct.

* You must enter a URL that directly displays only the image instead of a webpage.
* Example: <https://example.com/image.jpg>

### Use the preview feature.

* If the image URL is entered correctly, the image will be displayed in the preview area below.
* When the preview displays correctly, proceed with the download.
