[Monthly Subscription]

First, log in to your Listly account, then go to My Account → Payment Information page, select the Modify/Cancel Auto-Pay button, and choose Cancel Auto-Pay. Payments will not be processed from the next subscription renewal date. You will be switched to the free plan from the next monthly renewal, and daily extraction limits and access to the data board will be restricted.

[Annual Subscription]

Please send an email at [email protected]envelope about requesting subscription cancellation and refund along with your Listly account you are currently using. According to the service refund policy, we will assist with a refund after deducting the months already used, and you will be switched to the free plan from the next monthly renewal.
