Can I get a refund for unused credits (URLs)?

Payment cancellations and refunds are only possible if you have not used the Listly service at all and have not spent any credits. Therefore, if you collect web pages through Listly, any remaining URLs (credits) cannot be refunded. Even if you paid an additional amount to top up credits, remaining credits cannot be refunded.
