I entered a URL but the image did not download.

Check that the URL you entered is not a webpage address. Image URLs are different from webpage addresses and should be a URL that displays only the image.

• You must enter a URL that directly displays only the image instead of a webpage.

• Example: https://example.com/image.jpg

Use the preview feature.

• If the image URL is entered correctly, the image will be displayed in the preview area below.

• When the preview displays correctly, proceed with the download.
