Only a connection failure message is shown

If only the phrase 'Failed to connect to the page' is displayed in the error screenshot as above, it means the page connection failed.The main causes are as follows, and the screenshot may be shown for various other reasons as well.

  1. Temporary access failure due to the site's own traffic overload

  2. The collector server's IP address is blocked and the target website refuses the connection

  3. Proxy connection error of a personal proxy user (ProxyConnectionError)

How to resolve

  • First, try accessing the target site directly. If it is not accessible in a regular browser either, this may have something to do with a temporary problem with the site. Wait until it is restored and then try the data extraction again.

  • If it is not a problem with the target site, [Settings → Listly Premium Proxy] try selecting an IP from another country. You can bypass the IP to access the blocked page again. (However, this proxy is a shared resource used by all users of Listly servers, so speed degradation or temporary connection instability may occur.)

  • If it cannot be resolved with a public proxy, consider using a dedicated IP provided by personal proxy. A more stable connection will be possible. To apply for a personal proxy, contact us via [this link] or at [email protected].

  • If the error code shows 'ProxyConnectionError', this means an error that occurs while already using a personal proxy. It may be that the proxy validity period has expired or there is an error in the registered proxy information.
