# An access blocked message is shown

In the screenshot **CAPTCHA**, **robot detection**, **permission check**, or other **messages suggesting blocking** are displayed, and if the same screen repeats even after retrying later, the collector is **being blocked by the target site.** Regardless of the error code, in this case **proxy settings**are required.

#### **✅ How to resolve**

* **Lower the \[Execution Speed] at the top right of the dashboard or \[Settings → Group Extraction Speed]**to '1'. Increasing the interval between requests can help avoid **robot detection** caused by excessive requests.
* **\[Settings → Listly Premium Proxy]** Try selecting an IP from another country in \[Settings → Listly Premium Proxy]. You can bypass the IP address to reaccess blocked pages. Note that this proxy is a shared resource used by all users of the Listly servers, so speed degradation or temporary connection instability may occur.
* If a public proxy does not resolve the issue, consider using a [**private proxy**](https://app.gitbook.com/o/Uu6AM3fgpZza0EpsJM4N/s/goHfMCeMlqJPW61OR5d1/~/edit/~/changes/78/support/faq/proxy/do-i-necessarily-need-a-private-proxy-server) that provides a dedicated IP. This allows for a more stable connection. To apply for a private proxy, contact us via \[[**this link**](https://www.listly.io/contact?about=proxy)] or at <hello@listly.io>.
